J&R Beats Sandy - If a retailer and its people can overcome all the obstacles of one of NYC's worst storm and exceed customer expectations - then you know this is the right place. A good friend (whose birthday was coming up) - just found out his car was flooded, his home/work had no power and his disabled elderly mom was without power over 200 miles away. Not an easy day, so we were trying to cheer him up by sending him the latest Digital camera for his bday. We found it online at J&R and even with Sandy-related server/online problems, J&R's customer service rep Rosemary went beyond the call of duty to "make it happen".
