This is probably my fifth or sixth time shopping at J&R. The experience is always seamless. This time, I used more customer service than usual because I was having difficulty finding the right DSLR and lens for me. I had excellent help in making this decision and received fresh ideas from my customer service rep (Jacques), even though I had a good knowledge base from researching and reading for over two weeks.
