This is my first time purchasing from J&R and I'm very satisfied with the items I bought and also with the check out experience from the website. I like the way they display expected shipping date for each items and their 'no charge until shipped' policy. The items shipped quickly with tracking number, so I knew when to expect my package. I also like their prices, discount coupon (or promo code) and free shipping on order over $99 deal. I ordered another item the day I received my first order and expecting it on this Monday. :)
