This was my first experience with J&R and I have to say I am completely satisfied. Not only did they deliver my products in a timely manner, they also verified my credit card purchase. I placed the order but had it delivered to another state because I was going to visit there. Since it was not the same billing address, they called me to verify my order. In a time of identity theft being so rampant, I was very impressed with the professional courtesy J&R exhibited. I will definitely use them in the future and also recommend them to my friends.
