The Low Anthem Music
Artist Overview
After meeting at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, in the early '00s, Ben Knox Miller and Jeff Prystowsky bonded over their mutual love of old folk music and baseball. The two formed the Low Anthem in 2006 and soon expanded to include multi-instrumentalist Jocie Adams. Over several albums-- including the critically acclaimed OH MY GOD, CHARLIE DARWIN, the trio perfected a textured modern Americana sound with a poly-instrumental lattice work, sepia-toned edges, at times raucous energy, and urbane sensibilities.
