Nick Franglen and Fred Deakin are a whimsical British pair who pool their combined good taste for samples and beats to create recordings that are popular among club-goers, record collectors, and even ad executives, who often use their exuberant electronica in TV and radio spots. Their first EPs were released in the late 1990s to some acclaim, but when they gathered these works into a full-length album in 2000, the Lemon Jelly juggernaut was launched. They enjoy an active European touring schedule and healthy international album sales, and Franglen has extended his talents to the realm of production, having worked on Badly Drawn Boy's 2006 album, BORN IN THE U.K.
