I called in to see if you were an authorized reseller of a high end headphone I was looking for. The sales agent, Arnaldo was very courteous and helpful without being pushy at all. I have not purchased from your store before and I am certain I will thanks to service like that. I even asked about extended warranties and while he said one existed, he made a very neutral description instead of hyping it up as many retailers do.
