Our purchasing agents negotiate with our suppliers to obtain the lowest possible prices, so we can pass the savings on to you, our valued customers.

Please call your dedicated Account Executives for pricing and availability of our products. We stock most items. What is not in stock is subject to manufacturer's availability. Due to our dynamic environment, please call or e-mail our Sales Department for up-to-date pricing and availability on the desired products, or for special pricing on large orders.

Computer systems advertised do not include a monitor, unless otherwise specified. Printer cables are not included in the purchase price of printers and therefore must be purchased separately.

We strive to offer our customers state-of-the-art products at the lowest prices. We encourage you to call or e-mail us if you find a better price from any authorized dealer. We will do our best to match or beat a competitor's price whenever possible. We want J&R to be your single source for all your product needs.

Bids and Quotes

J&R corporate sales quotation process is handled expeditiously by experienced personnel. Our bid department processes hundreds of quotes weekly. Upon receipt, each bid is carefully reviewed to make sure we can meet or exceed its specifications. All bids receive a response within 48 hours.

We accept bid requests via phone, fax, email or U.S. Mail.

For all bid requests, please be sure to include the manufacturer name, product name and model number. Be sure to provide a contact name and phone number. Please specify method of returning bids (sealed envelope, facsimile etc,).
