A tube technology pioneered and developed by Sony that is extremely beneficial for big screen imagery (20 inches and above). The single electron gun always fires red, blue, and green beams of electrons in perfect alignment towards all areas of the screen. As such, focusing remains constant at both the center to the corners of the screen in order to provide uniform sharpness and brilliance unsurpassed by any other tube technology. Aperture-grille surface promotes greater brightness and detail.
