Lauper's Class Act
Cyndi Lauper kicks off the 'Shop 4 Class' initiative with a free J&R Music and Computer World concert in City Hall Park at 5:30pm. The fund-raising event (which runs through May28) benefits the Fund for Public Schools. Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg introduces Lauper at 5:15 pm. City Hall Park is between Park Row and Broadway, in lower Manhattan.
