This is because some of our store and Mail Order prices are below what authorized dealers are encouraged to advertise. In many cases, we can display our lower price only if a customer "asks" for it, since this constitutes a private conversation. That is why you will see the message "Add to Cart for Low Price". In this way, you can add the item to your shopping cart and see the actual, low selling price.
On products where the manufacturer does not allow this, you may see "Email Price". In this case, we can send you an automatic email with our lower price, and a link back to that product with the lower price showing. We know that it is a minor inconvenience, but the alternative is to put a higher price.

In a few cases, we are asked not to sell certain items on our website at this time, even though we sell them in our stores and our Mail Order Department. In these cases, we chose to put the items on our website to let shoppers know that we carry them, and to let you view the features and specifications. These items may have a "Get Info" button, and will have a message to call or visit our retail store if you wish to make a purchase.
There are some products we are not allowed to show on our website at all, even though we carry them. If there is a product that you are interested in that is not showing on our website, please call 1-800-806-1115 to check on availability.
While we make every effort to ensure the product information and pricing on JR.com is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate or incomplete data is displayed. In the event item data is incorrect, such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect information, JR.com shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item is mispriced, JR.com, at our discretion, will do one of the following:
If an item is priced lower than the displayed price, you will be charged the lower amount and we will ship the item.
