Great website. Very detailed where needed, yet not loaded with clutter. Prices are as good as, if not better than anywhere else on the net, with extremely high ratings from customers. The number of returning customers tell the story of the company reputation.
I've loved shopping at J&R since the mid-80s, and it's only gotten better when they put their store on the web. I can order something online and specify in-store pickup, swing by the store on my way home, and walk back out again with my item in no time. They're my go-to store for all my audio equipment.
Had the camera I wanted in stock and at a great price! Website is easy to navigate and they provide plenty of information on each item.

Found an item on line. I work close by to the Park Row location & wanted to know if I could just pick it up at the store. I call customer help and they checked stock and I went and picked it up and got a free cup of coffee from the J&R Cafe. An overall good experience.

Even if I didn't live in NYC, I'd still shop you guys online. Best store ever, best website - and LOVE the information that you give on all the various specs - LCD vs. LED, etc. Excellent resource for consumers and saves the trouble of trying to google and click back and forth.

1st time user and was very pleased. It is always comforting to get an immediate response email acknowledging a receipt of your order and even more assuring when you get an email later that same day that your order was processed and shipped. I received exactly what I ordered within a couple of days with standard shipping costs and was very pleased with J&R's service. Their price was competitive and I would order from them again for sure!

J&R has been my source of electronics since the early 80's. I've grown with them and even now that I live in Puerto Rico I still get the best price and no hassle, but now from J&R online. Best place for electronics anywhere and easily beats Amazon.

I like the layout of your site. It's organized and clean not cluttered. You make it easy to decide what to buy with your "similar product" feature. The colors of the pages are pleasing to the eye. Your free shipping over $49 is excellent. And you have a wide selection of products. Awesome site!
