It works this way. The wire is sold per foot, with a minimum order of 5 feet. If you want 5 feet 5 inches, order 6 feet. Let's say, for example, you want two lengths of 6 feet each. Each length must be added to the shopping cart as a separate purchase. When you add the first length to the shopping cart, you must add the quantity of 6. This lets us know that you're ordering 6 feet of this speaker wire. You would enter 8, if you wanted 8 feet of speaker wire. You must repeat this procedure with every length of custom speaker wire you're ordering online from J&R.
Example: You want to wire 5 speakers to your Home-theater receiver. One length might be 7 feet, another 9 feet, the center Channel might be 5 feet, one rear will be 26 feet and the other rear will be 23 feet. You would need to order 5 lengths of wire and each length must be added separately to the shopping cart, and each quantity box in the shopping cart must have the desired number of feet for each wire. When we receive your order, we'll know exactly how to fill it, according to your specifications.
