J&R is a great company. Great products and prices as well as great customer service. I recently purchased an item that just prior to Hurricane Sandy hitting the Northeast. It resulted in massive power outages and shipping delays. J&R sent me an email notifying me of the delays and noting that they were doing everything they could to process orders and ship.
