In this New York City street movie, written and directed by star John-Luke Montias, Bobby G. (Montias) makes his living as a cocaine dealer in the Hell's Kitchen district. His Puerto-Rican girlfriend, Lucy (Susan Mitchell) earns a little cash as a whore, but she is always trying to convince Bobby that they could have a better, cleaner life elsewhere. Will Lucy save Bobby before the street swallows him? BOBBY G. CAN'T SWIM tells the grueling story of one man's struggle to stay afloat in a sea of crime and corruption.
