Robert Townsend (who also wrote and directed) stars as Alan Chambers, an industrious corporate lawyer and family man who becomes part of a vigilante force when he grows weary of watching known criminals escape the law. After making a list of known criminals, Chambers assembles a team made up of his fellow law friends who take to the streets to punish the dealers, rapist, pimps, and thugs that the law couldn't. But before long, Alan and his cronies realize that they are not much better than those they seek on the streets, but it may be too late to turn back...
