Lynda Carter became an immediate superstar in 1976 when she stepped into the costume of comic book superhero Wonder Woman. The live-action adventure, based on the original comic book series, is set during the tumultuous World War II period. A former princess-turned-superhero, Wonder Woman will do whatever it takes from stopping the evil Nazis from taking over the world. With the help of her magic belt, bulletproof bracelets, and magical lasso, Wonder Woman does her part to make the world a better, safer place.
