One of the most popular action shows of the early 1980s, KNIGHT RIDER inspired a devoted following because of its high-tech premise and the appeal of star David Hasselhoff. Hasselhoff plays Michael Knight, a former cop who is paired with KITT, an indestructible car with numerous special functions, including artificial intelligence. Michael and KITT roam the country, righting wrongs and stopping criminal plots. SEASON TWO contains 23 episodes, with many fan-favorites including the introduction of Michael's evil twin Garth and his vehicle Goliath, an 18-wheeler truck with powers similar to KITT's. Created by Gary A. Larson (MAGNUM P.I., BATTLESTAR GALACTICA), KNIGHT RIDER is an action-packed, cult classic television show that made the Trans Am the most desired car in America.
