Prolific Spanish director Manuel Guti�rrez Arag�n delivers an affecting rural drama set in a breathtakingly gorgeous province of northern Spain. Gildo (Juan Diego) is a hardworking dairy farmer facing hard times, while his two daughters dream of escaping.
