Behind the bars of Retrieve Prison, a terrible secret is being kept. When his involvement in a bar fight lands him in jail, Julian Taylor (Dean Cain) comes face to face with a terrible discovery. The employees of this prison (and possibly others) are encouraging the prison's guard dogs to hunt the prison inmates. While this sick and twisted practice may be just fun and games for the prison's guards, it can mean life and death for its inmates. DOG BOYS explores Julian's pivotal role in shedding some light on this disturbing trend.
