Picking up the slack from the departure of CHEERS from American television in 1993, smart sitcom FRASIER centers on pompous psychiatrist and former Cheers regular Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer) as he packs up and starts anew as a radio talk show host in his hometown of Seattle.
