As originally broadcast on March 12, 1955, and directed by Max Liebman (TEN FROM YOUR SHOW OF SHOWS), this feature-length production brings Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart's stage musical A Connecticut Yankee to television. Adapted from Mark Twain's comedic fantasy novel, the rollicking opus tells of a 19th Century Connecticut resident who suffers a blow to the head and winds up in the realm of King Arthur and the knights of the round table. The cast includes Boris Karloff, Eddie Albert, Janet Blair and Leonard Elliott.
