The first disc is a CD containing three new recordings: "Woodstock," "Everybody's Rockin,'" and "Find A Heart." The second disc is a DVD of a concert at Fort Loramie, Ohio, in 2007. Presented in high definition with 5.1 surround sound, the DVD is a technically resplendent artifact as well as a well-made performance film that delivers the high energy and boundless enthusiasm of a Big & Rich concert. Guest performers include Cowboy Troy on the encore "Rollin' (The Ballad of Big and Rich)" and James Otto, who performs his own hit "Just Got Started Lovin' You" with the duo. Other highlights include all of the duo's best known hits, such as "Save A Horse (Ride A Cowboy)" and "Between Raising Hell and Amazing Grace."
Founders of Nashville songwriting collective the Muzik Mafia, Big Kenny and John Rich took Nashville by storm in the early 2000s by consciously bucking every trend that Music City held dear. Infusing their take on country music with healthy doses of hard rock, rap, and a wacky sense of humor, Big & Rich have redefined what being country and being from the South mean in the new millennium.
