Distributor: BMG Special Products Notes: Buyer beware: this isn't the Eye in the Sky which launched Alan Parsons' career to the top of the pop charts during the '80s (though that particular track is present and accounted for). Rather, this 2005 Collectables compilation surveys his body of work from the late '70s up until his last minor hit, 1987's "Standing on Higher Ground." Most completists will already own most, if not all of this compilation, so there' s no real new ground to be tread. However, those looking for a nice introduction to the Alan Parsons Project' work will find this a nice starting point to further explore and enjoy. ~ Rob Theakston
