Audio Remasterer: Bob Fisher . This 2003 Rhino Flashback edition captures the glory and most popular recordings of White Lion, featuring one of hair metal's most distinctive crooners, Mike Tramp. Tramp's raspy voice is all over the place in this ten-song selection. However, the omission of "Little Fighter" makes this compilation slightly incomplete, but still a superior choice to 2005's misleading Hits compilation. A better choice for the fan wanting a more thorough portrait of the group would be well served in checking out 2002's Essentials greatest-hits compilation instead. ~ Rob Theakston
