Great for anyone who prefers a simplified way to stay connected to family and friends. Features Specifications This Product Has Limited, Defective EXCHANGE ONLY Privileges. We thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you, or your credit amount may be reduced, or no credit may be issued at all. For returns on cell phones, you must first call us for a return authorization (RA). Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you. We will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. There are test indicators in the phone that tell if the handset has been wet. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it, the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damaged phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
