    With the recent 2.2 firmware release for the iPhone, Kensington has been made aware of an issue with two LiquidAUX products (Models K33429 and K33430). A few consumers who have the 2.2 firmware release on their iPhone experience a pop-up screen message that "This product is not made to work with iPhone" and then find that the LiquidAUX remote does not work. The following is a fix for those consumers who experience this issue:
    After observing the pop-up screen message which states 'This product is not made for iPhone', and subsequent to that the LiquidAUX remote does not work, please follow the steps below:
    Disconnect the LiquidAUX Deluxe product from the iPhone for a minimum of 3 minutes. At the end of the three minute period, reconnect the iPhone to the LiquidAUX product. The pop-up screen will no longer appear and the remote will now work.
