T-Fal's 10.5-inch Professional Saute features T-fal's Patented non-stick coating, riveted soft-touch handle, and is oven safe to 350 degrees. This cookware is also equipped with a stainless steel Disc which is embedded in the base of the pan to prevent warping as well as T-fal's patented Thermo-Spot heat indicator.
