Neat Receipts’ Mobile Scanner with Neat Works Software gives you an easy-to-use, intuitive Application to manage all of your business and Personal paperwork. It works where you work. At less than one pound, Neat Receipts is perfect for the road, home, or office.

On receipts, it looks for the date, vendor, amount and sales tax. On business cards, it captures all of the contact information: name, company, title, address, phone, email, website, fax, and image. And on documents, the software captures all of the printed text and gives it to you in searchable PDF format. IRS also accepts scanned copies made by the mobile scanner. Export Data to PDF, Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, and TurboTax. New in Version 4.0, the Quick Scan Center lets you scan documents from a system tray application. The Inbox organizes all of your scanned items and lets you verify and then File the information. The application Interface has been redesigned to be faster and easier to navigate.
