The Capresso C100 Temperature Controlled Tea Water Kettle has 5 settings from 100-degrees to 212-degrees Fahrenheit for perfect brewing of all types of teas. Settings: Warming 100 degrees; Green Tea 160-degrees; White Tea 175-degrees; Oolong Tea 195-degrees; Black Tea 212-degrees. The large 48-ounce capacity carafe is made of heat resistant German made Schott glass. Water Kettle has a slip-free, textured underside handle and drip free pouring design. The concealed heating element, covered in stainless steel brings water to a fast, quiet boil. The safety auto shut-off ensures dry boil protection. Cordless Water Kettle lifts from power base, making it ideal for right or left handed serving. Unit shuts-off when kettle is removed from base. Black with stainless steel accents.

    I have been buying electronics from J&R for years and I have never once had a problem. From the smallest purchase (cables) to the largest (our first HD TV), I have always been happy. I'm always astonished at how quickly my purchases show up (within 3 days usually), and how easily any problems are solved (returning a cable modem I couldn't use was a snap). I usually order online, but a few times I've had to consult with someone about a purchase, and I've always found help at J&R. The bar they raise for customer service is almost unfair to their competitors.
