For many years, G&L has offered a value oriented line of guitars know as the "Tribute Series". The bodies and necks of these models are built overseas using highly advanced CNC machine technology. While these bodies and necks are not hand made, all of the electronics and Hardware are virtually the same US made parts that are featured on the hand built models from the Fullerton, California factory.

The G&L TRIBUTE SERIES ASAT SPECIAL is an modernized variation of the orginal design for which G&L's founder Leo Fender is world renowned. This fine Single Cutaway instrument features a Hard Rock Maple neck with Fully Enclosed, 18:1 ratio, Tuning Machines and a Rosewood fingerboard mounted to a Solid Ash body with a clear Natural Gloss finish and a Tortoise pickguard. It comes equipped with 2 Patented, USA Made, G&L Large Rectangular, Magnetic Field Design (MFD) single coil pickups controlled by a single Volume and a single Tone and a 3 Position Pickup Selector Switch. Hardware includes a Patented G&L Saddle Lock Bridge with individually adjustable string height and intonation plus Set Screws to lock your intonation in for perfect Pitch and maximum sustain. G&L Deluxe Gig Bag included.
