Just5 offers mobile phones that are designed for audiences that require five basic features: ease of operation, big buttons, amplified sound, a long-lasting battery for reliability, and an emergency SOS button. Primary target audiences include seniors, people with poor eyesight or hearing problems, people with medical conditions that require constant care, and kids who need a “starter phone" with basic functionality. Just5’s phones provide large buttons to simplify calling and texting; a digital display for more accurate dialing and texting; For emergency situations, users can preset up to five phone numbers for 911, family, friends, doctors, etc. When users press the emergency SOS button, the phone will text an urgent message (e.g. “I’m having an emergency, please answer") to these five numbers, then dial them in prioritized order. When dialing, the phone will sound a loud siren to attract the attention of others. Once someone answers a call, the phone automatically switches to loud speaker mode for easier use. This Product Has Limited, Defective EXCHANGE ONLY Privileges. We thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you, or your credit amount may be reduced, or no credit may be issued at all. For returns on cell phones, you must first call us for a return authorization (RA). Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you. We will not accept returns or process exchanges on phones that have physical damage or have been wet. There are test indicators in the phone that tell if the handset has been wet. In the very rare event that your phone is damaged when you receive it, the damage must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. In these cases we will issue a return authorization and EXCHANGE the damaged phone for a like or similar model depending on availability, provided the serial number matches.
