The Pyle PPDE60 is a multifunction pedometer and heart rate monitor that provides a wealth of data about your walking and running workouts. It has a built-in calibration mode that allows you to get customized results just for you. Just put it in your pocket while you run or walk and the PPDE60 will collect data. Then, to measure your pulse, just put your fingers against the sensor pad. It shows your heart rate, the number of steps, distance traveled, plus the approximate amount of calories and fat you've burned.
