Fast and convenient online shopping that is absolutely hassle free. They clearly disclose the product as new or open box etc. If a product is new, its actually new passing all the manufacturer quality assurance. I've bought from other online giant from N.Y and have been burnt with receiving products that was advertised as new but must have failed some QA steps with problems like dead pixels on viewfinder, lens with uneven coating, demo product and burned in images on CMOS sensor only visible in bulb mode. J&R have gain my trust to sell new products without any defects. I will check J&R first when looking for photo/video equipment.
