I recently purchased a Desktop computer from J&R. The (free) shipping was lightning quick. Typically free shipping offers come with deliberately slowed shipping to maintain the perceived value of shipping and manage expectations for paying customers. But, pleasantly, not in this case. On top of that, the item seems to have been shipped from some warehouse in California. So it arrived the very next day. The customer service around the order has been terrific. I am in.
