The Sony USM-8GLX 8GB Micro Vault Click Turbo® with Virtual Expander enables easy handling of large files, such as presentation materials and videos, with read speeds up to 31 MB/s. Click to open or close with a single push, just like a ballpoint pen. This enables a simple connection to the PC, and with the convenient one-piece design, you don't have to worry about losing the cap. An embossed finish makes it easy to use the device without leaving any fingerprints on the surface of the product. The prism LED illuminates to indicate when it's in use. This allows you to easily check the status of the Data transfer so you can use it with confidence. The Windows ReadyBoost function enables any specified amount of this external Memory to be added as the system cache. This means even without Expansion of memory of the computer, the use of the USB Flash drive can stabilize system performance and improve Program switching of active applications. The Virtual Expander is originally designed for Micro Vault to automatically compress/decompress files moved to and from the device. It enables you to virtually store up to 3 times as much data. The device is automatically recognized by most Computers when you plug it into the USB port, and powered through the USB port, so you do not need an AC adaptor.
