The Grand Auditorium showcases the beauty of Indian rosewood. Laminate back and sides are paired with a solid Sitka spruce top, producing a full, rich tone with ample volume, resonance, and sustain.

The Grand Auditorium is Taylor's most versatile and popular shape, excelling at light-touch fingerstyle to full-blown strumming. Great for mic'ing and recording, the GA's balanced Mid-Range and bright tone exemplify the Taylor voice.

Derived from the Expression System and similar to the ES-T under-saddle transducer, the ES-N features a preamp and tone controls designed to naturally capture the nylon-string voice. It incorporates the same control knobs found on the standard ES.
