The tank capacity is 1.8 gallons, so the output is obviously based on a refill For room coverage up to 1,000 square feet. Wicks filter out and accumulate minerals and other impurities that occur naturally in any water supply. Filtering assures you of safe, healthful, day-long comfort that comes from proper humidification. The humidifier uses 2 filters (included) and filters should be replaced at least once each season. Replacement filters are available as an Option at additional cost.
