Notes: Puerto Rican salsa singer Victor Manuelle returns with DECISION UNANIME. The album stays true to the roots of salsa even as it incorporates pop-oriented elements like the synthesizer fanfare that opens "El Perdedor" and the electronic beats that occasionally supplant the conga-led percussion grooves.
