$10 CASH BACK OFFER, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Receive $10 cash back on purchases of $100 or more, excluding tax and shipping ("Offer"). This Offer applies to transactions at www.JR.com when you use PayPal as the payment method. Offer begins September 30, 2009 and is available for a limited time, but only as long as the www.JR.com website indicates that the Offer is available. To receive this Offer, you must use a U.S. PayPal account in good standing, and complete a qualifying purchase no later than October 16, 2009. The cash back will be deposited into your PayPal account by October 30, 2009. The maximum amount of cash back allowed per PayPal account is limited to $10 USD.

The following transactions are excluded from this Offer: Canceled orders due to out-of-stock items, Bose products, PayPal Mobile transactions, PayPal Plug-In transactions (formerly named: Virtual Debit Card), gift card purchases, gift certificate payments, PayPal Debit Card payments, payments made when you are not logged into your PayPal account, and PayPal Plus Credit Card/ eBay MasterCard payments not made through your PayPal account. If the payment is refunded or cancelled at any time, you are not eligible for the Offer. If the payment is refunded after you receive the cash back, PayPal will deduct the cash back amount from your account.
