    We thoroughly inspect all phones for damage and missing items. Any returns that do not meet the following guidelines may be refused and returned to you, or your credit amount may be reduced, or no credit may be issued at all.

    For returns on this cell phone, you must first contact GSM Mark at 1-877-671-6660 or Support@GSMMark.com. Any returned cell phone must include the original box with matching identification IMEI and Serial numbers. The Serial number on the phone MUST match the serial number we shipped you.

    This product is covered by a limited warranty by GSM Mark. Please do not either return the product to J&R or call J&R about any warranty issues regarding this product. There is a "water damage" indicative sticker under the battery which helps GSM identify if this phone has been damaged with water. Water damaged phones are not covered under this warranty. Removing the sticker is also indicative of tampering and voids the warranty. If in a rare scenario you receive your product with the indicative sticker already red you must report it to GSM Mark within 12 hours of receipt of product. GSM Mark doesn't accept any product back without a RMA number. Please follow the steps below to get an RMA number so you can return the product.

    1. Contact GSM at 1-877-671-6660 or Support@GSMMark.com
    2. RMA - Fill out the RMA form provided to you by GSM Mark
    3. RMA Authorization - Wait for RMA Authorization Number
    4. Return the Product - Ship your product using a FedEx return label provided to you by GSM Mark
    5. Replacement - Wait for your replacement phone via FedEx

    GSM Mark suggests reading the user guided included with your phone before using it. We suggest that you charge your phone for 12 hours before using for the first time. Please note that the box may have been opened to complete the unlocking process. Please call GSM Mark for any further questions about this product.
