Kind words from customers are music to our ears. Customer comments are always a good way to gauge a website, so we offer the following. Not everyone has the same shopping experience, but these letters and emails are a representative sample. To send us your own comments, email: webmaster@jr.com. "I have been buying products from J&R for a long time now. One thing I like is the way web site of J&R explains features the items that a consumer is looking for, with details and clarity. And if there is anything you need more explanation on, just dial their toll free phone number, and a customer support person will help you understand everything about the product without keep asking you whether you are interested in purchasing the item. Another reason why I have bought continuously over the years from J&R is their reasonable shipping costs. Unlike some sellers who try to overcharge consumers for shipping costs, J&R's are more affordable. Tech Support is also excellent if assistance is required in product setup at home, and return policy is also the best for all products that arrive damaged, or are not the ones you ordered (chances of it are very rare though). Do not think of J&R as any other electronics retailer. J&R has well established reputation, and satisfied customers like me who have relied on quality of products and the honesty of this great electronics retailer's dedicated and hard working management and staff." - Anonymous "I had recently purchased a palm pilot and keyboard this past December. I had trouble synching the keyboard. I brought the device back to the store and a very kind salesman at the palm pilot desk offered to beam his "keyboard synch" into my palm. He did and my device works well! I offered him a gratuity to express my appreciation and he politely declined. A thank-you was quite sufficient for him. Everytime I browse other electronic stores, I do find appealing products BUT when I compare their items and prices to what J&R is currently offering, I always find a better price and even a better product.
